How to access our individual support sessions
While we offer our education freely for all girls and women to benefit, Optimise Foundation is a charity, funded by donations.
Our suggested donation is £25 for a 45 minute one-to-one education session. No one will be denied access so if you lack the means to contribute, please contact us and we can arrange support for you.
