Posters for change rooms & cubicles.
What to do:
Display these posters in your club, school, or sports centre – ideally, in bathrooms, changing rooms, or anywhere female athletes are likely to see the posters and have time to stop and read.
This action alone can help to make a difference to female athletes in your community, by signposting them to clear, evidence-based information about how to train and feel their best during their menstrual cycle.

We’re sharing new posters from Optimise Foundation (tag) to help all our athletes stay involved, active and confident throughout their menstrual cycle.
By doing so, we’re acknowledging that periods aren’t talked about enough, and all athletes deserve to have access to clear, evidence-based information to help them perform and feel their best every day.
We’ll be displaying these posters in our changing rooms/bathrooms (delete or replace as appropriate) to signpost athletes to the information they need, where they need it most.
